SWP POWERED AIR PURIFYING RESPIRATORY (PAPR) WELDING & GRINDING SYSTEM
The SWP Variable Shade Powered Air Purifying Respiratory Welding and Grinding Helmet offers a 100mm x 60mm viewing area combined with state of the art 2nd generation true colour technology. The true colour filter allows the user to see real colours, which can help to view the molten weld puddle. The highly effective four arc sensor sensors provide a switching time of 0.08ms.
An Auto shading function maximises the capability of the ADF (Auto Darkening Filter) and improves protection by sensing the light and setting itself to optimal darkness to protect the wearer’s eyes. Likewise, manual settings can be selected to choose your own shade based on the welding application and your own preference.
A 1/1/1/2 lens clarity classification is almost perfect in class. Featuring controls for adjusting sensitivity and delay time (0.1s to 0.9s). The unit is powered by one replaceable CR2450 battery.
The latest PAPR (Powered Air Purifying Respirator) system provides 99.996% filtration, plus airflow of up to 230L/min. The filter system also has automatic vibration and audible / flashing light warnings for full filter alerts. The standard battery will power the blower unit for up to 10 hours of operating time.
A heavy duty battery can be purchased as an addition if an increased operating time is required. The unique headgear design includes a two state selection switch to allow for directing the airflow around the mask, increasing the anti fogging capacity.

We offer a Free Local Delivery Service using our own delivery vehicles to all customers within Kent on orders over £25 + VAT. This service is available within the CT, ME, TN, DA & BR postcode areas.
Collection Information
You are welcome to collect goods in person from our Trade Counter. We are located at Unit 4H Sparrows Way, Lakesview Business Park, Hersden, Kent, CT4 4JH, and are open from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
