We offer Free Economy Delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT (UK Mainland Only)
Our delivery partners are Royal Mail for smaller items under 2kg, and Parcelforce for larger / heavier items.
The economy services we use are:
Royal Mail Tracked Delivery for smaller items under 2kg @ £3.95 + VAT
For larger / Heavier items we use Parcelforce 48 @ £8.95 + VAT
We also offer the option to upgrade to a Next Day Service, and this service and price will be detailed in the shopping cart. Price and availability will vary depending on the shipping weigh of your order, and the delivery location.
There is a surcharge for deliveries to the Scottish Highland and Islands, and Northern Island.
Free Local Delivery
We offer a Free Local Delivery Service using our own delivery vehicles to all customers within Kent on orders over £25 + VAT. This service is available within the CT, ME, TN, DA & BR postcode areas.
Collection Information
You are welcome to collect goods in person from our Trade Counter. We are located at Unit 4H Sparrows Way, Lakesview Business Park, Hersden, Kent, CT4 4JH, and are open from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been picked and is ready for collection.

We are only able to deliver Gas bottles within Kent.
